I am a driver for Meals on Wheels. I first met Charlotte about 1 1/2 years ago filling in for the Ashley route driver. There was something very special about Charlotte's welcoming to me. She didn't know me, but welcomed me with that great smile we saw in her obituary and she was very open to talking with me. I probably only delivered to her home a handful of times, but I always looked forward to seeing her and chatting for a few minutes. She was a very kind and humble woman and I expect that she is sharing that smile with her deceased family andfriends right now. Rest in peace Charlotte. Gary
