Obituaries » Frances "Fran" Gronkowski September 16, 2022 Frances “Fran” Gronkowski September 16, 2022 Frances “Fran” Gronkowski, 61, of Hanover Township, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022, surrounded by her family at Allied Services Hospice Center, Wilkes-Barre. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, a daughter of the late Donald and Louise Kriedler Butromovich. Fran was a 1978 graduate of Hanover Area High School. She was employed at Topps Chewing Gum Inc. Fran was a devoted and loving wife, sister and aunt, who will be sadly missed by her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, David Butromovich. Fran is survived by her loving husband, Richard; brother, Nick Butromovich and his wife, Dawn, Ashley; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:30 am from the Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, 89 Park Avenue, Wilkes-Barre. Rev. J. Duane Gavitt will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 – 7 pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
