My deepest condolences to the entire family. My heart breaks I will not be able to pay my respects but know he will be deeply missed. I have known Jake and the family since we started school at Dodson together. He was always the brightest person in the room and always made you laugh. Snake was an amazing guy! And off the softball field. Fortunately I was able to play softball with him on multiple occasions and the first time I ever stepped on the field he always believed in me to get a base hit or to field the next ball hit to me. The way he would always came and sat next to my father in between games, tournament or even just league nights is what really stuck out to me the most about snake. He always told my father and I, “anything you guys need, let me know!” And after my father passed snake was there for me day in and day out, for that I’ll truly be grateful. And from here on out when I take the field the tape on my wrist will have my dads number “73” and now snakes good old “#6”! My prayers and condolences to the family. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there is anything I can do! ❤️
