Jim was a joyful and wonderful man, a Great American and a pillar in our community. I had a great deal of respect for Jimmy and I always enjoyed his company. I remember when a public relations officer from the Philadelphia Eagles came to our church to talk about the Eagles. I really enjoyed the event and Jimmy did as well. We will really miss Jimmy. My deepest sympathy for his family and friends.

One of the best and most compassionate paramedics I have ever met. Jim set the standards for the rest of us to follow. He helped build Wilkes-Barre Fire/EMS to be what we are today. God Bless You Jim. Until we meet again.
