Obituaries » Joann Helinski November 15, 2022 Joann Helinski November 15, 2022 Joann Helinski, 91 passed away on November 15, 2022 at Wesley Village, Jenkins Township. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, the daughter of the late Joseph and Susan Antosh Nossek. Joann was a graduate of G.A.R. Memorial High School. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Swoyersville. Joann was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Helinski in 1987. Joann is survived her devoted sons, Joseph Helinski, Allentown and John Helinski and his wife, Julie of Wilkes-Barre; granddaughter, Rachel Helinski of Philadelphia and by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022, at 11 am from the Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, 89 Park Avenue, Wilkes-Barre. Rev. Joseph J. Pisaneschi, Pastor of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township.
