Rosemary Bartlett, 76, of Naples, Florida, formerly of Wilkes-Barre passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 in the Physicians Regional Medical Center, Naples, FL, with her loving husband, Roy, by her side.

Rosemary had a loving and giving heart. She founded the Bikes for Books Program. A program in Immokalee, Florida for migrant workers children. This program gives a new bike for the children grades K to 2nd grade, for showing positive learning abilities.
She always had a smile on her face and would light up a room with her charm. The world is a lesser place without her in it, but peace is found knowing that she will be with God, the Angels and Saints. She was devoted to her patron Saint Theresa.
